How we got here
- 2012 The first Maple Street opens in Jacksonville, Florida.
- 2014 Maple Street expands beyond Florida, opening in downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee.
- 2016 The Squawking Goat is featured on Food Network's “Guilty Pleasures.”
- 2019 Headquarters moves to Nashville, Tennessee.
- 2023 Maple Street grows to 10 states.
- 2025 The first annual Five & Dime Day serves the iconic biscuit sandwich for $5.10.
